Heyy BFF!!! How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Processing time takes 2-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks and promotions. Your order may be shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed during major holidays.

Your order confirmation email will show the current processing time.

Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is within 5 business days.

We currently do not ship internationally. DELIVERY DATES ARE ESTIMATED, NOT GUARANTEED. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.

 

Once the order ships, a tracking number & a link to the USPS site will be emailed to you. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. All orders are shipped via USPS.

 

If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days from the processing business days, please email (info@shopthebff.com). Please be sure to check your junk & spam before contacting us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT.

 

Also, please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped.

 

OMG BFF!!!! Can I make changes or cancel my order?

 

Please email us the same day the order has been made at info@shopthebff.com

If you need to make changes to the order

 

We will attempt to make the change or cancel your order within the same day your order is made. If you contact us after the day you placed the order, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or cancelled. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. We can only ship to the address entered at checkout. If your address is incorrect please email us & this may delay the processing time of your order.

 

BFF I made a purchase before the sale, can the sale price be applied to my order?

 

Unfortunately, purchases made prior to any sale will not be adjusted for the sale's price.

 

I made a purchase and forgot to insert my discount code, can it be applied now?

 

Unfortunately, we cannot alter an order once it has been submitted due to all sales being final. Please ensure that you double check that your order is correct before completing the checkout process.

 

What happens to my order when I have a back order/ Out of stock item?

Please allow an additional 14 business days or sooner if you've purchased an item that's back ordered/ Out of stock. Also you can make an additional order making sure the back ordered/Out of stock item is on it's on order to get your other items sooner.

What payment options do you accept?                                                                                      

We accept payments via Credit Card & PayPal. Paypal E-check payments can take an additional 5 days to process your order.

 

What is your return policy?                            

We have a 3-day damaged/issue return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item/order must be damaged or an issue with the order example: Received the wrong item. The items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@shopthebff.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: (JennyLynn TheBFF, 2001 Addison St., Suite 300, Berkeley California 94704, United States).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage-Issues/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned damaged items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Info@shopthebff.com.

How do I clean my body garments?

The best way to wash your garments, is to take a bucket of lukewarm water with a little bit of detergent. Make sure you soak the garment a few good times in the water with the detergent and rinse the garment afterwards with cold water. You can dry the garment on a drying rack.

Not only can wearing an unclean garment lead to a little bit of funkiness but it also opens up the possibility of bacterial growth taking place. It is not necessary to clean your garment every time after wearing it, you can wear the garment a couple of times between laundry cycles, but it is necessary to clean the garment regularly so they keep their compression and shape.

**However we suggest machine washing on the gentle cycle if you must put in a washing machine. Do not put in dryer. Lay flat to dry. You may also hand wipe the item. Please, do not use bleach and do not iron the item**

Please email us right away if there is anything wrong/missing from your order...

All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged, missing pieces or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 24 hours from the date you received the package. Please be sure you checked the entire contents of your package. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we will not be responsible for the items. Neither a replacement nor refund will be issued.

Please note that if your billing and shipping information is different from one another or if your order total is greater than $400.00, the order may be subjected for reviewing & we will email you a credit card authorization form to sign. If you do not sign the document within 5 business days of order placement, your order will be cancelled. If we catch you trying to defraud us CHARGES WILL BE PRESSED.

We reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order. Our customer service department may email you at the email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. To avoid delays, please be sure your name, billing and shipping address matches the card you are using. We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s) and your order will not be shipped. We do not make price adjustments. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
